Curtis Waters, a Nepali-Canadian singer/songwriter and producer, has made waves on TikTok with his viral hit Stunnin', which has featured in more than 550,000 videos on the platform since its release in April.

Hailing from North Carolina, Waters has a self-sufficient approach to releasing music, and almost entirely self-produced his debut EP, The Hot Boy Tape (2017), followed by his first album, Prom Night (2018), from the comfort of his own bedroom. The young artist, who began making music six years ago, inspired by video game soundtracks, was scouted on SoundCloud earlier this year by veteran A&R executive Chris Anokute, subsequently signing with BMG, and is expected to transform his viral moment into long-term success with the release of an album later this year.
